I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach based in Toronto specializing in Gut Health and Hormone Health. My mission is to help you achieve balance and vitality by addressing your health holistically.
My passion for wellness comes from personal experiences. A few years ago, I was constantly fatigued, struggling with digestive issues, stressed, my hormones were out of balance and frustrated by the lack of answers. My doctors dismissed my concerns because my test results were “normal”, offering only quick fixes instead of real solutions. I knew there had to be another way.
Through natural, sustainable approaches, I discovered that true health is about more than just eating well - it’s about nourishing your body, mind and lifestyle.
After eight years in a high-stress corporate job, I realized my true calling: helping others reclaim their health. I graduated from Institute of Integrative Nutrition and have since dedicated my life to empowering others to take control of their well-being.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me spending time with my partner, walking my two miniature poodles, working out, rock climbing, hiking, traveling, experimenting with healthy recipes, reading, or practicing yoga and pilates.
