Slow, controlled strengthening work with progressions over time
Use of Pilates props (bands, balls, light weights, ring, & block) when appropriate

A grounding cool-down and stretch to leave you feeling balanced
Progressive programming - building strength, control, and confidence week by week
Sessions evolve as you do. As your strength and awareness improve, we gradually build toward more challenging exercises in a safe, supportive way.

Yes. Online private sessions are available for those who prefer to practice from home or are located elsewhere. For online sessions, cameras must be on so I can properly cue, correct, and support your movement.
